Mando, also referred to as Din Djarin, is a capable assassin and bounty hunter. He is skilled in battle, taking down opponents with his blaster and melee weapons. Mando is a formidable opponent against even the toughest of Jedi due to his Beskar steel armor, which is practically unbreakable and has the ability to deflect lightsaber attacks.
Darth Vader, on the other hand, is one of the galaxy’s most potent Sith Lords. He is a master of the Force, with telekinesis, mind control, and Force lightning among his specialties. His lightsaber skills are unrivaled, and the cutting-edge technology in his armor increases his strength and durability. Mando would have an advantage in a one-on-one conflict thanks to his Beskar armor, which can withstand lightsaber blows. However, Darth Vader has a distinct advantage due to his mastery of the Force. He could sling Mando around like a toy or even break his armor with his telekinetic powers. Vader’s strength and lightsaber proficiency would also be challenging to overcome.

Mando is a competent warrior and a formidable foe due to his Beskar armor, yet it is improbable that he could defeat Darth Vader in a one-on-one conflict. Vader is an almost insurmountable foe because to his command of the Force, proficiency with the lightsaber, and cutting-edge technology.
